One simple question, buried across six tools.
Service and creative agencies live or die by hour utilisation and project margin. Yet most owners handle their finances through a bank, bookkeeping suite, time tracker, project manager and a spreadsheet that never quite agree.
Fintellect pulled banking, project P&L, team economics and utilisation into one workspace — built for the people running the business, rather than for their accountants.
“Is this month profitable?” should take one minute to answer.
The team was part of the P&L.
Fintellect connected salary, billable capacity, utilisation and commercial rates in one view. Owners could see the economics behind every role, not just a headcount total.
Snack-size analytics, everywhere.
Each workflow surfaced the number that mattered, with just enough context to act on it. The same compact widget system carried project cost, team capacity, cash and forecasts across the product.

Make the operating model visible.
The product had to connect cash, project economics, people and reporting without turning into another accounting maze. Multi-currency sits underneath every module as a shared system layer, not as an isolated calculator.
Make finance feel sharp without making it frivolous.
Agency founders care how the tools they use look and sound. I shaped an editorial, high-contrast identity that could hold serious financial material without falling into the visual clichés of traditional accounting software.
The same system scaled into story-format campaigns, product education and sales — one argument expressed through different levels of depth.
Paid social system
One product story across offers, formats and colour worlds.
Designing the product meant designing the company around it.
Fintellect was a compact lesson in full-stack design leadership: the interface, pricing story, brand, pitch and website all had to make the same promise credible. The result is less a collection of screens than one coherent operating argument.
Building Fintellect.
